One rule that I would consider changing is the strict enforcement of unnecessary regulations regarding the usage of electronic gadgets in workplaces. I believe this rule is impacting the work culture and the efficiency of task completion. Instead of applying stringent measures to the entire team, especially those who are genuinely contributing to their work, I propose a more flexible approach that acknowledges responsible gadget usage.
