He would come and sit beside me, curl up on my lap, and sometimes even \u201cmassage\u201d my back and shoulders. It may sound hard to believe, but it\u2019s true\u2014he had his own gentle, affectionate way of showing care. Before I knew it, Leo wasn\u2019t just a pet anymore; he had become a comforting and cherished presence in my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He seemed to sense when I was angry, and at times he would even appear upset with me\u2014especially when I ignored him or forgot to feed him in my sister\u2019s absence. Leo eagerly awaited my sister\u2019s return from work each evening, a routine I hadn\u2019t noticed at first. It was only after she pointed it out that I began to observe him more closely. To my surprise, I discovered that he faithfully waited by the door for her every single evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Having a pet at home can be a wonderful experience\u2014but only if you\u2019re truly able to care for it properly. Pets depend entirely on their owners for their well-being, so if you\u2019re unsure about how to look after them or cannot meet their needs, it\u2019s better not to have one at all.
