  • Rules for usage of electronic gadgets

    Daily writing prompt
If you had the power to change one law, what would it be and why?

One rule that I would consider changing is the strict enforcement of unnecessary regulations regarding the usage of electronic gadgets in workplaces. I believe this rule is impacting the work culture and the efficiency of task completion. Instead of applying stringent measures to the entire team, especially those who are genuinely contributing to their work, I propose a more flexible approach that acknowledges responsible gadget usage. This, in turn, could lead to a healthier work environment and improved productivity.

What have you been working on?

Lately, I have been working on establishing good habits. It’s been years since I completely abandoned my daily routines. I struggle to master the art of working diligently and avoiding unnecessary time wastage. I acknowledge that it’s easier said than done. When I began to change my habit of scheduling everything on time, it was adjusted with relatively little effort. However, correcting my current lifestyle required a great deal of determination and effort. P.S.: The biggest problem is that I spend too much time on social media and sleeping excessively.

Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

  • Ideal Good Day!

What’s the ideal good day like? What do you expect your day to be… As for me, I look forward to having positive emotions, meaningful experiences, and a sense of accomplishment. A positive start, physical well-being, productivity, quality time with loved ones, relaxation, nature appreciation, mental and emotional well-being, kindness, good food, adventure, creativity, gratitude, and balance. What constitutes an ideal day is subjective and can change over time, so it’s important to prioritize activities that align with your values and contribute to your well-being. I know I can’t have all these elements in a day or in my everyday life nevertheless, I would want myself to be satisfied with just a small sense of accomplishments or good food. What about you? What can make your day fulfilling and contented?
