  • What kind of gift I received from people?

    I have received thousands of gifts from others, whether in the form of kind gestures or cash. Some were given out of sheer generosity, while others were presented with the expectation of a return favor. However, above all these gifts, the most precious one I have ever received is a laptop.

    I never imagined that I would receive such a valuable gift, especially from someone I recently came to know – a distant uncle who happens to be married to my first cousin. I had not known him since childhood, and it never crossed my mind that I would receive such a generous present from him.

    This laptop stands out as the best gift I’ve ever received, and I am truly cherishing it. I am well aware of the obligation to return the favor, and I have a clear understanding of what I am supposed to do. However, it seems that returning the favor will take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.

    As of now, my sincere prayers and hopes are for the good health and well-being of the generous and kind-hearted person who bestowed this precious gift upon me. I am grateful for their generosity and look forward to expressing my gratitude in a meaningful way when the time is right.

    “I am a gracious young lady, appreciating the joy that small compliments, smiles, gifts, and, of course, love and concern bring into my life. Today, I was pleasantly surprised by an outpouring of love from my students. Not only did they express their well-wishes, but they also presented me with a thoughtful gift that reflected their care and affection. This unexpected gesture truly made my day, and I never anticipated receiving such warmth from individuals I met just a month ago. It is undoubtedly a blessing in disguise, and I am immensely grateful for their goodwill.

    Reflecting on my past, I vividly recall the days when I was younger. I would find immense excitement and happiness whenever I caught a glimpse of those men I secretly admired. It was a little mischievous secret I indulged in when I should have been focusing on my studies. Those innocent crushes added a delightful touch to my younger years.

  • A blue gel pen!

    It can be said that I have collected a lot of things or materials from different places as I travel around. Among all these, the coolest thing I have kept with me since 2017 is a pen. It’s a blue gel pen with a deep blue color, and it is labeled as ‘made in Japan.’ It was given to me by one of my American friends during our leadership training. I thought it was a priceless gift that someone could ever give (I was actually fascinated by the fact that an American friend gifted me something, lol). I am pretty sure she did not realize that the pen she had given to me was special to me. That’s what I normally feel when I give some of my pens randomly to people when they are in need. To make a long story short, I use this pen to record important events in life now.
