The Smiling Center or Laughing Center: Offer services where individuals can walk in to have a hearty laugh and get some exercise for facial muscles while lightening the mood. Take out time to smile and laugh aimlessly for about an hour without hesitation. Especially for working professionals in busy urban cities and towns.
Who would not aspire to enjoy a prolonged life? It is indeed a blessing to experience the passage of time over the years. It would be irrational to claim that I do not desire a lengthy life, and I am confident that only a few would express such sentiments.
