  • Don’t quite like the ME of this digital era.

How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

Adapting to the quantum of change hasn’t been easy; initially challenging, over time, many have adjusted to the new lifestyle. However, for me, it’s been a roller coaster. I’ve noticed a decrease in efficiency, activity levels, and an alarming amount of hair loss, alongside a decline in memory sharpness. Moreover, I find myself increasingly reliant on digital over manual tasks, which, while convenient, fosters a sense of dependency and addiction. Overall, I’m not entirely comfortable with how seamlessly I’ve integrated into this new way of life.

  • A woman rushing through each task

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

My mornings are undeniably busy. I wake up around 6:30 AM, and with school starting at 8:00 AM, I have just an hour and a half to prepare breakfast, get ready for class, tidy up the house, and feed the pets. Despite my best efforts, I often find myself running behind schedule, feeling like a woman on a mission, rushing through each task as if my life depended on it.

  • Who according to me is a unique person?

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

There are indeed numerous aspects that render a person unique. However, for me, authenticity lies in fully embracing oneself, transcending comfort zones, and wholeheartedly accepting both flaws and blessings. In essence, we often label individuals as ‘multi-talented,’ but it’s not merely about having multiple talents; it’s about venturing beyond comfort zones and refusing to confine oneself to a single corner. Such individuals are genuinely unique and exceedingly rare to encounter.

  • Can Food have my name?

If you could have something named after you, what would it be?

If there were something named after me, it would likely be related to food. I have a penchant for eating, particularly when it comes to savory options like green leafy vegetables or uniquely prepared local foods. So it’d probably be related to organic food that are grown and harvested locally.

  • Drifted in indecision

When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?

During those years, my aspirations were shrouded in a veil of uncertainty. Rather than harboring a concrete career goal, my fascination lay in the attire itself, the uniformity that symbolized purpose and belonging. I found myself enamored with the dignified presence of those clad in uniforms, be they men or women. Yet, amidst the clamor of societal expectations, I found myself echoing the sentiments of the crowd, without a firm grasp on my own desires. In essence, I drifted in indecision, yearning for clarity amidst the tumult of conformity.
